Leadermaker is a gamified leadership development and certification tool designed to measure, track and encourage the spread of Keystone Leadership Behaviors (KLBs) throughout a given workplace, helping companies to improve leadership impact across all their organizational levels. Leadermaker prompts participants with daily and weekly incentivized 'nudges' to carry out particular KLBs identified as the most impactful for that workplace. Leadermakes is designed to engage managers, supervisors, and workers and turn leadership behaviors into leadership habits. Leadermaker contributes to Newsafe's 7-Circle Certification scores for managers and supervisors based on the quantity and quality of the KLBs they carry out.
