Slack App for answering repeat questions and creating Jira ServiceDesk tickets.

We built a Slack app that turns any channel into a lightweight helpdesk. We’ve seen a lot of teams having to handle tons of repetitive questions in slack channels. We are both software engineers, but have seen this be especially true for IT departments, as well as Recruiting/Sales Ops teams. Landria converts chat history into a structured FAQ, and can answer questions that have come up before. If an answer can't be found or there is a real issue, the bot automates can filing a ServiceDesk ticket on your behalf. The app provides helpful metrics that summarizes activities related to questions & tickets, as well time spent handling them. We integrate with Jira Cloud, Jira Server, and Jira ServiceDesk for tickets. If you have an existing knowledge base of information like GDrive, Confluence, or Stack Overflow for Teams, we can import and integrate with them to make the information more accessible!
