Lampant is an idea management platform that enables organizations to collect, evaluate, execute and reflect on employee/collaborators and customers’ ideas in a simple, secure and transparent way. It allows organizations to define a custom set of topics (anything really) for which it is accepting ideas, with a specific owner and workflow rules. Then members of the organization can suggest ideas and others will vote and comment on them. Ideas are seen as input for other ideas, allowing for a mindmap of connections from the original idea to a blue sky thinking scenario. Once the ideas reach the defined goals as per the topic configuration (or by the owner initiative), they move into a board where they will go through a defined workflow until they are completed or rejected. Actions in the platform (idea submissions, votes, comments, etc) are rewarded with virtual awards, and/or even real ones.
