Job Z reimagines the way employment opportunities are made by simply creating a platform for both employers and job seekers. You no longer need to write long resumes or swarm to job openings any longer. Employers will find you instead. Small and medium sized businesses couldn’t afford the luxuries of a recruiter simply because companies have very little budget for seeking new employees. Job Z gives this system to everyone for free. Not only makes it easier for employers to find candidates, it also gives employers and job seekers the ability to see how the market is going by introducing transparency through anonymized, publicly searched profiles, live feed of search trends, and much more. Unlike hooking swarms of job seekers with job postings and getting buried with piles of resumes to look through, Job Z let employers take the pressure off by performing a fine-search of the right candidates they are looking for from Job Z's database of user-created profiles containing their resume information. These profiles are then tagged with keywords so employers can find them from the search box on-demand. The "Explore" page lets both job seekers and employers discover profiles anonymously, as well as see search trends live. This invites transparency into the mix, as job seekers and employers alike would have an idea on how the job market is performing.
