In Fall 2015, light bulb flashes in my brain to find the first IT team in the Homs city to train and rehabilitate guys who want to be an IT Man with real experience and academic knowledge, and IT Advice is the first youth team to provide IT services for companies, NGOs and INGOs in Syria.
