Ipregistry

Ipregistry is an IP geolocation and threat data API. People use Ipregistry to personalize content, analyze traffic, enrich forms, target ads, enforce GDPR compliance, perform redirections, block countries but also prevent free trial abuse by detecting and blocking Proxy and Tor users, known spammers and bad bots. Our database includes several billion records and is updated continuously to ensure accuracy. With Ipregistry you can find IP info such as your users' city, region, country, postal code, latitude, longitude, and even their timezone and currency. For any given IP address, you can identify whether it is allocated to an ISP or to a network operator, find out the associated domain name, and type, such as business, education, hosting or company. Ipregistry also provides carrier details: the name of the mobile carrier and MNC and MCC for that carrier if the IP is used exclusively for mobile traffic. Since IP intelligence does not stop at geolocation, we also include threat data for any IP lookup. This enables detecting anomalies and frauds: find out if a request is made from a hosting node provider (e.g. Amazon EC2, Digital Ocean or Google Cloud Platform), a Tor network, a known source of abuse or spam.
