iGymPal takes the guesswork out of training! We've designed a fitness app that tells you exactly which muscles you should be training on any given day. Tell us your experience level and training goal and our app does the rest. No more walking into the gym trying to figure out what to train. If you’re pressed for time or training from home, iGymPal will shorten or adjust your workout for you. We even schedule your days off, so you avoid over training. On top of that we just released a meal plan that will tell you how many "points" you should be eating per day and when to eat them. This app is for anyone looking to lose weight and get into better shape. We have videos and descriptions of every exercise, so you don’t ever have to worry about performing an exercise incorrectly.
