Every data element we include is based on clear reasoning for why this factor matters. We track the most specific details about a given property, the broadest macroeconomic factors, and everything in between. Our data infrastructure aggregates 1,000's of data elements from a broad set of data sources. Over 50% of the data we use is based on our own proprietary data calculations as well as data feedback loops from having our products in the market.
