HostAssist is a mobile app which can be installed on Android tablet or smartphone and left in the apartment for guests to use. The host can leave a welcome message for their guests, record short movies about the apartment, and leave contact information for local taxis or food delivery services. Guests can also chat with host via device - send short messages or make a Skype call. They can also leave a review on popular sites like TripAdvisor
