My name is Steve Poulidis and I am the founder of HireProfs. I have worked with many teams in my life and I 've seen that the most important factor when we hire someone is to be a good fit for the team. And from my conversations with countless employers I saw that they all face the challenge to identify and find the people that fit in their teams, and so I 've started thinking that maybe there is a market here. Then I 've thought, why there is no software that can analyze a team and say "hey, that's the person that will fit in and improve your team". I validated that this can actually work and I didn't find any similar products in the market. So, I grabbed the opportunity and I started building a business around it. We have completed our pre-seed stage and my next step is to raise seed capital to grow the team and complete the MVP in the next 2 months.
