GreenMe is actor of the digital transformation of the companies by accompanying them in the improvement of the performance while refocusing on the human and by offering him the possibility to evolve in healthy environments with the controlled energy expenditure. The idea is to recreate an interaction between the user and his work environment but also between individuals. Our goals are multiple: • Avoid energy waste and avoidable operating costs by monitoring and analyzing the behavior of the work environment • Prevent health risks in a HSWCC (Hygiene, Safety and Working Conditions Committee ) logic. Based on the standards of the French and European labor code and the criteria of the Well Building Standard, we want to guarantee healthy spaces • Reduce absenteeism and therefore related costs • Improve working conditions to increase productivity • Create a participatory approach favorable to an improvement of the social climate • Allow a better transparency with the employee
