Culture-fit and soft skills tests to hire better devs

We make tools to equip founders and hiring managers to screen developers for culture-fit and soft skills. We’re starting with mentorship and written communication assessments, using chatbots. Hiring managers send candidates a link to a customized chatbot which will assess the candidate by asking for help on a specific coding problem (in a tech stack and at a level that is relevant to the role). After the candidate helps the bot, the chat transcript is delivered to the hiring manager along with a summary and some insights, to be reviewed as part of their typical candidate screening process. This helps the hiring manager get quick insight into whether the candidate will be a good culture fit or not.
