Figuring out what drives your career satisfaction can seem overwhelming. Goalfish is simplifying career satisfaction. Our Virtual Mentor SaaS platform helps individuals easily identify the work interests, work values, and personal needs that define their career satisfaction. The platform also helps them plan and make their next career move. Solving the problem of career dissatisfaction is important today as 67% of U.S. workers are currently disengaged from their jobs, and a disengaged workforce costs U.S. businesses over $483B a year. We apply data science and artificial intelligence techniques such as sentiment analysis to quantify this qualitative problem. We are a pre-revenue, bootstrapped startup with 2 co-founders. We started our MVP in February. We have refined our product with a limited alpha release this summer, and are currently offering free access to our beta product.
