What is Free The Numbum? It is a web-based resource that offers a collection of over 60 videos that encourage short bursts of activity in the classroom. Many describe us as the Netflix/Wii Video Game platform for Daily Physical Activity (DPA). Our goal is to see every child across Canada participating in the Free the Numbum program as part of their regular, daily routine. We feel that Daily Physical Activity (DPA) plays a vital role in making a meaningful impact on student health and physical activity at school.
