Being part of the startup network for over 7 years now, I ve noticed that when a founder quits his startup / has a nonsuccessful exit finding the next full-time opportunity becomes a challenge. I experienced this myself after my startup was shut down. The chances of an ex-founder getting hired are directly proportional to the network he/she has built.
