Foster Faces

Foster Faces is a social media platform that allows foster youth to communicate with each other to build a network and friendship. Foster Faces could be used as a resource for foster youth that's in need. For example, foster youth could use foster faces to look for scholarships they need for school or they could connect with other professionals to find the resources they're looking for. Foster Faces was founded and created by a former foster youth who wanted to make a difference for the system.
