Usually in the travel industry, after an user performs an online booking, there are a lot of steps, time, and fees involved in the process. The payment information first has to be processed by the online store and then the store’s payment processor. After this the transaction is forwarded to the store’s/seller’s bank. In some cases, international payments are involved and this requires more steps before the payment information is processed and deposited into the local bank account. The amount spent by travel agencies for payment service providers can go up to 74 billion USD (65 billion EUR) with fees which can go from 3.8% up to 7.5% per transaction. These extra steps are inefficient and make the transaction slow and expensive. We are eager to solve this problem by offering; 1.
