EmployBlue is a new web app where you can create DIY custom pre-employment skills tests. Plenty of research has shown that traditional interviewing techniques do not predict if a candidate will perform well on the job and can sometimes select worse candidates. This same research recommends adding standardized testing to your hiring process. But, what if the pre-made tests on the market don't cut it? Are you more interested to know if a candidate knows their way around a phase monitoring relay rather than if they are a "ENFP" on the Myers-Briggs? Then our solution may be able to help. We're initially focusing our service on helping to hire highly skilled blue collar employees (think maintenance technicians), but if our service is interesting to you, we welcome all comers!
