To import Thunderbird emails into Outlook using the EML to PST method, first install the ImportExportTools NG add-on in Thunderbird. Then, export your emails as .eml files by right-clicking a folder and selecting the export option. Next, use a tool like Stellar, Softaken, or SysTools EML to PST Converter to convert the EML files into a .pst file, which Outlook can read. Finally, open Outlook, go to File > Open & Export > Open Outlook Data File, and choose the PST file you created. Your Thunderbird emails will now be viewable in Outlook.
