Think of Dana as a personal CRM that helps you remember better and stay in touch. While CRM tools exist, many of the folks we talked to wished they had a ‘personal CRM.’ Some people had their own systems in Google Sheets or Airtable, but these systems sometimes felt like too much work. We wanted to build something lightweight and easily accessible, so we built Dana. You can access and store information through Messenger, right where your conversations are. Dana also comes with a fully featured web dashboard where you can add notes and understand your relationships.
