The users can track the sources of the reviews too, thereby can get an overview on sites bringing more or less reviews. The system provides deep insights into the services which are preferred by the guests and which are not. The user can then work accordingly on the weak points. One can mail the reviews directly from the system itself. Additionally, sentiment analysis can be performed to gauge the guest’s behaviour. The users will get notification for new review once a day. The system also lets the user translate the review in the desired language. Furthermore, the user can bifurcate the reviews as per the actions are taken on it.
