How does ConvoBox work? ConvoBox takes messages from team members, anonymizes the sender's information, and forward that information to a separate private channel in Slack. Administrators - managers, team leads, etc. - with access to that private channel can reply to reports, at which point ConvoBox routes the response back to the original user. At no point will an Administrator have access to information on the sender's identity. How do you ensure my (and my team's) privacy? ConvoBox encrypts potentially identifying information - username, channel, etc - before sending messages along for review.It do not store user reports or associate user-identifying information with reports.
