Clearcall is an AI platform that puts your customer support on autopilot when your team is sleeping. We understand the problems of your customers, automate repetitive processes, and collect the information your support agents need to assist them. Clearcall works on top of your existing systems - while your customer support agents are available, they can take the calls as usual. (Either through your existing phone system or the Clearcall dashboard.) Whenever your support agents are not available (e.g. outside of business hours), the Clearcall AI takes over and handles the calls for you. It categorizes the problems of your customers, asks the right questions and collects all the information your support agents need to solve the problem when they're back online. One of our customers used to miss 70% of his calls due to time zone differences. Like most companies, he only provided phone support for 8 hours per day, leaving the customers to the voicemail in the remaining 16 hours. Processing those voicemails took 40 hours/month.
