It alerts you via email or Telegram when there is a new comment in social communities you manage.

Our SaaS solves the problem of managing comments in a brand's communities or when some freelancer or agency manages social communities of multiple brands. If to talk about native alerts in social networks, some do not let you know when there is a new comment, some do alert you but in very inobtrusive way. It is very easy to miss the comment alert among other alerts. They also don't let you log them or easily see full text of the comment without first opening it. So it is not so clear when it demands immediate reaction and when it doesn't. It is also problematic to send such warnings to multiple team members who may not be Page admins. So our service is like a single hub for all comments from multiple social pages. When someone comments there, the user receives the text and the link to it, so that the social community manager can open that post with comment and quickly reply (or delete, if it is spam). We can easily send alerts to multiple emails or to Telegram channel.
