Hey! 👋 I’m the maker of ChatGPT Power-Up, and I built this extension to solve my own headaches with ChatGPT’s interface. As an avid ChatGPT user, I often found myself overwhelmed by dozens of chats with no way to organize them. I was constantly copying and pasting the same prompts, and deleting threads one by one… Sounds familiar? 🤦♂️ Instead of waiting for OpenAI to add features, I created ChatGPT Power-Up to add them myself! 🔹 Folders & Search: Now I can sort my conversations into topic-based folders (work, ideas, coding help, etc.), and find past answers without endless scrolling. 🔹 Prompt Snippets: I’ve added a quick-access “snippet” toolbar to save my favorite prompts. For example, I have a saved prompt for “proofread this text” – with one click, it inserts the prompt into ChatGPT. It’s a huge time-saver for repetitive tasks. 🔹 Bulk Actions: You can multi-select chats to delete or export them in batches. No more deleting one chat at a time when you want to clean up or backing up conversations manually. Building this as a Chrome extension was a fun challenge – it basically layers extra functionality onto the ChatGPT web app. The extension is free to use, and as a thank-you to the community, I’m offering a month of Premium features free for anyone who installs it this week, just shoot me a message through the extension contact button. 🎁 I’m launching anonymously under a brand, but I’ll be here all day to answer questions and get your feedback.
