My story ... I recently had to get a new battery in my beloved Nissan Altima. I have been a customer of Sam Moore's Automotive on Rosedale Hwy for about 25 years as I have found they are one of the most honest and reliable repair shops. When the mechanic changed out the battery he noticed the engine "jumped" as my motor mounts were cracked ... "Ouch". When we went in to pick up the car and pay for the repairs the owner visited with us as he usually does. We always enjoy hearing David's stories. David knows I am an app developer so he asked me about an idea he had for an app. His idea was a platform for mechanic shop owners to be able to communicate in regard to customers who abuse or misuse mechanics, falsely try to get services for free, claim the repairs were insufficient in order to cause mischief or harassment or who file reports against a business for malicious intent. No financial or personal information would be submitted of the customer experience.
