A Social Knowledge Ecosystem comprised of “decentralized” social networks, network services, and applications = The Minecraft of Knowledge + The Grammarly of Trust + The GPS of Info. Bridgit is building the #Overweb, a Trust Layer that displays on top of the web, where you own and control your data and earn value you create. Bridgit recently won the 2019 Disruptive Technology Culture Driver award from the EU's flagship Next Generation Internet program. Bridgit operates as an “always-available, wherever you are” browser overlay. In alignment the annotation capability recently adopted as a standard by the W3C, Bridgit democratizes linking so that users can create bridges on any page that connect information on an idea by idea basis with semantic relationships (e.g., supporting, conflicting). Collectively, the bridges constitute an "Internet of Ideas” - a much higher signal-to-noise and more connected network than Today’s Internet of knowledge silos. Bridgit will enable one to find trustworthy information quickly and see the 360 degree context of any idea on the web.
