BlindData utilizes adaptive multiple choice and coding tests, both online and in-person, to uniformly assess the skill level of our candidates Our Process: Our testing methodology relies on three sequential tests designed by award-winning programmers from ACM-ICPC as well as distinguished professors at top computer science universities in the US. • The first examination is a multiple-choice test administered online in any one of four programming languages; (C++, JAVA, Python or PHP). The top performing 15% of all test takers are invited in-house for the remaining two examinations. • The second and third round of testing is conducted in our NYC office and observed for the purpose of ensuring score integrity. Second exam is multiple-choice/adaptive. Third round is a pure coding examination comprised of 2-5 questions. We believe in a fair and uniform process for all
