Once you set up the bot, it regularly polls each employee personally, identifies current problems, reminds you of tasks, and learns about motivation and preferences. Reports are sent to the assigned administrators in the form of analytics in a personal account or in the general channel. Employees connect to the bot within 2 minutes using the invitation link. If they lose their phone or have any problems with the messenger accessibility, they can submit a report in a personal cabinet.
