AnActionPlan, LLC is based in St. Petersburg, Florida. We were founded in 2016 with the goal of making it easy for organizations to manage their business processes. The inspiration came when our founder, George Everitt, noticed that over 20 years of consulting, the processes used to deliver complex enterprise software installation were often poorly organized. The sales process consisted of a few months of client visits attempting to get an idea of the scope of work, followed up by a statement of work that seldom matched the actual delivery schedule. In addition, it was often the new consultants who were pushed onto the smaller accounts with very little in the way of structure and documentation. AnActionPlan provides a platform that formalizes and normalizes business processes so that they are repeatable, stable, cost effective and consistent.
