All Stars

All Stars App LLC is a SaaS (Software as a Service) company formed around the offering of a mobile app subscription built for small businesses to make getting reviews on the top 4 major platforms easier, to make building a customer list easier, and to make running promotions and customer surveys easier. The four major platforms that All Stars helps users get reviews on are Google, Facebook, Yelp, and YellowPages. All Stars App version 1 has four core functionalities: 1. Getting Reviews in Person 2. Getting Reviews from SMS Texts and Emails 3. Building a Customer List 4. Running Promotions #1. Getting Reviews in Person - This allows the user to generate a QR code (a QR code is a visual representation of a hyperlink) that can be displayed on their phone or device which can be scanned by the customer in a second, which will open the review page on the customer's phone. #2. Getting Reviews from SMS Texts and Emails - This allows the user to request permission from a customer to send them a quick link via SMS text and/or email to make leaving a review easier. If the customer agrees, the All Stars App user will enter the customer's name, phone, and email into the system and the customer will then be sent a quick SMS and/or email with the link and thanking them for their time. #3. Building a Customer List - This allows the user to ask the customer if they'd be interested in receiving special deals and flash sales by being on their free VIP list. If the customer agrees, the user can add the customer to their list by adding their name, phone, and email. #4. Running Promotions - This allows the user to create a promotional SMS Text or Email, and to be able to send those messages to their customer lists. For example, they might run a promotion on gutter cleaning in the Autumn, so they create a promotion for 25% off all gutter cleaning in the first two weeks of October, select their customers, and the promotion out. This would cause the customers in their list to receive a quick text and/or email letting them know about the savings and how to take advantage of it. The app allows for customers to subscribe, verify their business's details, and begin using the app easily and smoothly.
