Modern Mentor uses proprietary algorithms to determine a "score" for those that we have come to know as "Gurus". To us, a modern thought leader is someone alive, or recently deceased, who has a wealth of content on various platforms which users have found valuable based on their ratings. We have tried to stick to the platforms that have implemented quality control in their ratings systems. Our Credibility rating is an encapsulation of the quality of a thought leader. The rating is a number between 0 and 1000, with 1000 being the highest possible rating someone can achieve. The tools we use to achieve this are proprietary, but we largely rely on public data to determine the rating. Our algorithm is still a work in progress, and as more platforms implement quality control measures we can calculate more accurate ratings.
